Personal Training
Whether you’re looking for community, camaraderie, motivation, accountability, expertise, affordability — or all of the above — we’ve got you covered with our semi-private personal training option. These small group training sessions give you the individualized attention you’re looking for, without the one-on-one price tag!
How It Works
Your personal training journey begins with a 45-minute complimentary consultation. As part of the conversation, we’ll discuss your health, fitness, and lifestyle goals, as well as your past relationship with exercise and any limitations you might have when it comes to movement, intensity, or frequency.
After your consultation, we’ll walk you through our systematic approach to personal training, answer any questions you might have about your plan, and guide you toward the training package that will best align with your goals, budget, and schedule.
Your Personal Training Sessions
Training sessions are conducted in a semi-private format, which include:
Four-person limit per session
High levels of individualized attention
High levels of accountability
Multiple scheduling options
Training sessions are categorized by:
Strength
Hypertrophy (muscle growth)
Balance, stability, and core
Conditioning
What you will find in every session: positive energy, a great process, and results!
WHAT TO EXPECT
EXPERTISE & EXPERIENCE
Your trainer will understand the science behind movement, the “why” and “how” of exercise selection and execution, and what is suitable movement for you. They will have put their expertise into action — working over the years with a wide variety of clients of all ages and body types.
INDIVIDUALIZED ATTENTION
With the limited number of participants per group, your trainer will know you personally, and will have time in each session to correct form. They know how to "push" you appropriately, give you more challenging exercises if you’re progressing quickly, and modify things when necessary.
ACCOUNTABILITY, COMMUNITY, & ENJOYMENT
Whether it's the financial investment, expectations of your trainer, or a combo of both, you are more likely to be consistent with your routine when you have a paid appointment for yourself and a community you enjoy working out with. Here you will forge friendships and find a coach and community that will support, uplift, and encourage you to always do your best!
AFFORDABILITY
One-on-one training can get costly, especially if you want to work with someone more experienced. With semi-private training, you can save more money by paying significantly less than you would for private sessions, while still getting enough one-on-one attention you’re looking for.
