AE FIT 716 is a premium personal training studio that brings exercise and wellness education under one roof. Our philosophy is centered on a holistic approach to keep every part of you healthy — mind, body, and spirit. Here you’ll find sustainable lifestyle and fitness education, systematically designed workouts, custom-tailored personal training programs, and personalized nutrition coaching.
Personal Training
Reach your fitness goals faster with help from a certified personal trainer. We offer in-person training sessions so you can customize your training plan to fit your lifestyle and schedule.
Hatha Yoga
Every Wednesday evening 6:45-7:30 p.m., join us for an all-levels yoga class for your whole being. Allow your breath to move your body and calm your mind. A combination of strengthening and stretching through fluid movement and holding yoga postures, allowing for mindfulness and being in the present moment. Pop-Up Classes
In addition to our regular training schedule, we also host periodic pop-up classes with guest instructors and special one-time-only group workouts. Class styles and activities vary, from outdoor park workouts and kettlebell classes, to 80’s themed aerobics, we like to keep things fun and fresh. Wellness
Workshops
Our Wellness Workshops are designed to support your whole health — mind, body, and spirit. These workshops are designed to educate, inspire and empower you to make positive changes and enhance your overall health and wellbeing. At each event, we come together as a community to engage in and discuss topics centering around mindfulness, nutrition and movement.
Personalized Programs
If your schedule or budget won't allow for you to attend the studio regularly, we also offer customized workout programs that you can do on your own. This service requires a training consultation where we’ll discuss your health, fitness, and lifestyle goals, as well as your past relationship with exercise and the appropriate level of intensity and frequency of your workouts. Intentionally Small, Purposely Cleaned
Our space is purposely small so we can provide a private, clean, and safe environment for our clients. By limiting the number of people in the studio at one time, we’re able to ensure all equipment is properly sanitized before you enter the room, as well as provide you with direct feedback during group fitness classes.
