Online Classes for the Mind and Spirit

To get physically fit, we use our bodies in new and different ways that push us past our preconceived limits — we lift heavier weights, run longer, and try new classes like yoga or dance. To become mentally fit, we have to do the same thing with our minds. Our virtual Self-Care Workshops are designed to support your whole health — mind, body, and spirit. Each class, we come together online to discuss a different topic ranging from mindfulness and whole foods, to perimenopause and maintaining a healthy immune system.

 

Upcoming Workshops

Mind, Body, Plate

Join us for "Mind, Body, Plate", a wellness event celebrating movement, mindfulness and nourishment. Taking place at 5 Loaves Farm, located on the West Side of Buffalo, the event begins with a strength-based exercise class, led by certified personal trainer and AE FIT 716 owner April Ersing. Followed by an autumn vegetable-inspired, hearty, high-protein meal cooking demo and lunch, prepared and presented by respected chef Alexa Joan Wajed. Finishing the day is a guided relaxation practice, led by mindfulness practitioner Teresa Vincent.

Event schedule:

  • 10 a.m. – Exercise class 

  • 11:30 a.m. – Cooking demo & lunch 

  • 1:15 p.m. – Guided relaxation practice

All wellness workshops are booked using the Mindbody app, available on desktop, iOS, and Android. In addition to self-care workshops, you can use Mindbody to sign up for one of our Group Fitness Classes or schedule Personal Training sessions.
